2.1. Orders: All orders are on a pre-order basis and subject to availability. We may accept orders for special occasions on a case by case basis only, with an additional fee of $15. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
2.2. Pricing: Prices for our bakery products are as listed on our Instagram. Prices may change without notice, but you will be charged the price in effect at the time of your order.
2.3. Payment: We accept PayNow payment method, which will be outlined on Instagram. Payment must be made in full before your order is processed.
3. Delivery and Pickup
3.1. Pickup: If you choose to pick up your order, please do so at the agreed-upon time and location. We are not responsible for any damage or quality issues with the products after pickup.
3.2. Delivery: If you choose our delivery service, we will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order on the specified date and time. However, delivery times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1. Cancellation: You may cancel your order up to 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund.
4.2. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in accordance with our refund policy, which can be found on our Instagram or provided upon request.
5. Quality and Satisfaction
5.1. Quality: We strive to provide high-quality bakery products. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within one hour of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

6.1. Allergens: Our bakery products contain alcohol, and may contain common allergens such as eggs, dairy, gluten, etc. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.
